adam's gay so what... ( / 11:03 AM)
saw this article yesterday... i found it interesting especially where he mentioned kris
Make-up wearing "American Idol" star Adam Lambert has ended the guessing game over his sexual orientation by confirming he is gay in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine.Glam-rocker Lambert, 27, who finished runner-up to clean-cut Kris Allen in the television singing contest last month, told Rolling Stone he had been living openly as a gay man for several years."I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear I'm gay," Lambert told Rolling Stone in its latest issue due on newstands Friday."I've been living in Los Angeles for eight years as a gay man. I've been at clubs drunk making out with somebody in the corner."Lambert, who wowed "Idol" judges with his extraordinary vocal range, was seen as the overwhelming favorite to take the title in the May 20 finale. However he lost in a final hyped as a smackdown between the conservative values of "red states" represented by Arkansas-based Allen and the liberal mores of "blue states" personified by the flamboyant Lambert.Lambert meanwhile joked that he had been attracted to "Idol" nemesis Allen, who he shared a room with during the series."He's the one guy I found attractive in the whole group on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type -- except that he has a wife," Lambert said. "I mean he's open-minded and liberal, but he's definitely 100 percent straight.""American Idol" was exported to the United States from Britain in 2002, rapidly establishing itself as the most watched show on US television and pop-culture phenomenon. The program aims to unearth the next big singing talent and past contestants such as Carrie Underwood and Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson have gone on to forge successful careers in the entertainment industry.
if only kris was not married and wasn't straight, i wonder what would happen... :)

kaiser chiefs (Wednesday, June 10, 2009 / 10:30 PM)
i have been listening to Kaiser Chiefs lately. not sure why but thier songs are catchy. i just kept listening to their songs after i watched them perform on MTV World Stage. it was nice. the singer is kinda crazy. jumping around a lot and climbing up stuff. and after Kaiser Chiefs were... PANIC AT THE DISCO!!!! OMG! i recorded the whole performance down. anyway, going back to kaiser chiefs, the song "never miss a beat" is really cool. i mean the lyrics are cool. the starting goes like this:
"What did you learn today?
I learned nothin
What did you do today?
I did nothin
What did you learn at school?
I didn't go
Why didn't you go to school?
I don't know"
the song is really cool. it's my blogsong if you're wondering how it sounds like. i actually wanted to put another song but i couldn't find it. "the trick to life" by The Hoosiers. another cool song. well, i did a lot of bands and music searching. i was like downloading music from the nokia music store and there will be like this column saying "inspire me" all the songs in that part are like the same style of the song that you are searching. i think i found out like about 20 bands.
anyway, enough of the music. i went out with regina recently. saw a lot of cool stuff i wanna buy or rather, wish i could buy. speaking about buying stuff, i forgot to buy my eyeliner. my mum's supposed to give mt $10 to buy that. hope that i can keep the remaining money to spend on other stuff or i would save it. okay, i'm done saying what i have to say, now i'm going back to downloading my music.

blogskin ( / 9:50 PM)
YES!! FINALLY! I
CHANGED MY BLOGSKIN. THE PREVIOUS ONE WAS THERE FOR LIKE
A MILLION YEARS!
note: notice how the above are typed in capital letters. it shows how happy i am to get a new blogskin.
anyway, just got a new haicut on monday. the very same one as the one i had in january. that was because i went back to the same salon. regina brought me there. then on tuesday, i followed regina to cut her hair and i bought some coloured extensions. it's so cool. training is tough. i mean 5 hours under the hot sun. it has gotta be at least 30 degrees everytime we're on court. i just realized that i always forget to blog about certain stuff. okay maybe not forget, but i didn't want to. Because, everytime i turn on the com, i know i have to update mt blog and the songs on my itunes. that's why i've been avoiding the com. haha, talk later. gonna watch tv right now...

(Sunday, June 7, 2009 / 2:30 PM)
Okay… so I went out for a class outing on thursday. So maybe, it wasn’t really considered a class outing since only 8 ppl went, but we did have a lot of fun. Only that we were left with 7 after safra and 6 after another round of arcade… so we first started by meeting at amk mrt. There I met qing yi and leslie. When we boarded the train, yu ning and lionel came. Xenia was waiting for us at north point. We played at the arcade. Me and xenia played the games together. there was one that was especially fun. Then we passed by this old lady who was playing a shooting game. Old, but young in heart. After that, we went to long john silvers for lunch. Leslie could not eat anything there.
While leslie was changing his pants, yu ning took his phone. He came back and noticed nth. Then I went to the toilet and when I came back he blocked my seat. He knew his phone was missing. Yu ning and lionel brought him to the toilet to search for the phone, then I opened his bag and slipped the phone into his jeans pocket. We planned to go to safra. We met joel chua there. Xenia and I were the only one who went for rock climbing. It was indoors and the place was really cold. I managed to climb to the top and I did not dare to jump down. It may look very low but when u are up there, it’s high. Everyone was like “you can do it! Jump!” yea, I finally had enough courage to jump down. I was holding on there for like 3 min?
Lionel left after that. The rest went to marina square. We played 2 games of bowling. Qing yi won both matches. It not fair, I was leading in the second game at first until he took over. I had some stupid moments. I swing the ball back and I dropped it. I felt so stupid… then there were 2 times when I was about to release the ball, but I lost momentum then I walked back and went again. After bowling, we went to the arcade again. Me and xenia played the same game again. It was really fun. This time we managed to complete the game. Then played with this machine with toys in it. Joel spent so much money hoping to grab one of the toys. Yu ning left after that. We had dinner at the food court. Leslie found out there was no vegetarian food and he begged us to go to raffles city. In the end, he went by himself. OMG, we were so hungry. The Korean food smelled so good.
After dinner, we went to the back of esplanade to do some “sight-seeing”. Apparently, right in front of us was the construction of the casino. There was nth that nice to look at. Finally leslie came. We took some stupid photos on the way back to the mrt. The train was packed like sardines. I had a really good time
I’ll post pic later.
