can't wait to wear my sandals out!! haha, i'm wearing it to church. i'm like wearing it in the house, you may think i'm crazy but these sandals are really comfortable... anyway, had training today. it was scorching hot. OMG. but training was kinda fun. we played a mini match. my group kept winning until we got thrashed by another group. had to run one round around the field.



later, wan qing, tsae hwa and i went to the science lab and we did our project. anila, christina and yi qing couldn't make it. tsae hwa is not in our group. extracted out the essence of the Basil, Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon and Tea leaves by boiling it in water. after that, we added ethanol to each of them. they all smelled pretty bad except for the tea. tsae hwa broke the beaker. she accidentally dropped it while transferring the liquid into another smaller beaker. we are coming back next monday to continue from there.
