yeah!!! training has finally resumed. yesterday we had volleyball training even though the weather wasn't that goo. but in the end, the weather had turned out fine, thank God for that. and after not training for about a month or so, i felt like my skills had gone quite bad. when i started hitting the ball a few times, i hand felt really pain. it was weird because that usually never happens. and yesterday's training was not tough at all but i still had muscle cramps.
anyway, when training ended, we had to take down the net. and while doing that, geraldine(vice capt) accidentally injured her leg. i could really see it was painful but she still persevered. mdm yau(coach) asked if she wanted to see a doctor but she refused so someone had to be brave enough to apply the medicine on her wound. and that brave person was none other than xin yi(vice capt)!!! hope that you are feeling okay geraldine..
there will be training tomorrow and i think we would be doing the notice board on friday. i can't exactly remember the what i drew for the design because i threw the paper away...and mdm yau say that we would be having a friendly match on saturday.Yeah!!!our first friendly match of the year.
we had a class committee meeting today. mr siva was sooooo funny. he really knows how to make ppl laugh. the class committee was broken up into 4 teams. and i found out i was the one who had to set up the toilet, sigh, how unlucky.
we learnt how to use the IPP kit(In Place Protection kit) in case of an emergency. we also had to carry out the whole process. we had to switch of the lights and fans, close all the windows and doors and then seal up half the class since it was only a practice. some ppl were cutting the trash bags, some were sealing up the doors with musking tape and some were setting up the toilet at the back of class. my class was sealing up the windows. we had to make it air tight such that no air can come in. the room was soooooooo stuffy. i was sweating as if i had just showered. it was damn hot.
in the end, we had to tear down all the musking tape and trash bags. it took us soooooo long to seal up the windows and doors but it took us less than a min to tear down everything. but at least we had learnt something. that's all for today!!!
